if your only after 20bhp, you could do this with a plug in tuning box.
theres quite a few to choose from and the prices do vary anwhere between £20 and £300 depending on how advanced a box you want.
I know of one website - www.pdtuning.co.uk which does them for £50, I've got one on my 130 and it does give it a bit of an extra boost.
