Never heard of anyone here using them...Its not the best way of doing things as it uses a piggy back ECU (i believe) and is more visible than a remap/chip

My friend used a unichip on his custom built Supercharged VW Lupo. The problem he had was that no one would map his car so he fitted the unichip which works well and got him 159bhp from his 1.4 engine and sofare no probs.
I have been told that they cant get it to work on none cable turbo Audi's at the moe or I would have gone that way. For £400ish (+ VAT) they will fit it and set it up on a roller so you have full custom setup, can't be bad.

unichip is a good bit of kit but there is a new version that will be able to cope with dbw ,it's coming out in the summer.
