Hey there, My petrol guage is not in sync with the digital reading on the dash, my petrol gauge is showing me that there is more petrol than the digital reading. Im not sure which one to trust.... Does anyone know how to solve this problem....

I have the same problem mate and i was hoping your post could shed some light on the problem i`m thinking it`s probably a faulty sender or something but hopefully an expert can enlighten us

Always go with the fuel gauge, not the miles to empty reading. The miles to empty is worked out on the driving style of the car over the last few miles.
Under the back seat there is the sensor, sometimes these need a little clean. mine is doing the same thing the now. how far out is the fuel reading?
My gauge is reading quarter fuller than what is acutally in the tank, i run it on the digital read out but basically fill the tank completely and after about 250-300 miles do the same, that way i always know there is something in the tank.
