About LinkBacksTT roadster 150BHP 2003. The alarm keeps going off along with the four way flashers. I removed the alarm box from the boot. But the four way flashers still operate. Can anyone help? or advise please. thanks Debs.

Can you give us more infromation, and why you have removed the Alarm box? Unless you have re-coded your car with VAG-COM, you wont fix the problem by removing bits.....
If the alarm was going off, then there would have been a good reason, perhaps you have a faulty sensor, or the alarm is too sensitive

My mates is doing that too. It flagged up with a fault in the alarm using VCDS. IIRC, could it mean the battery back up is knackered? Never got a chance to investigate on his flying visit.

Nearside back light cluster you will find black alarm box in there. Open it up with a dremel, you will find the batteries and leaked and **** your circuit board in it!
