VAGCOM Codes help please!!!

Had my 225 coupe plugged in the other day by my Dad's mechanic friend and it came out with the following codes. Unfortunately I don't know where to go from here and don't want to pay Audi the ridiculous labour charges just so they can tell me cr&p!

I would really appreciate any advice.

Codes are as follows:

17536 - VAG
(P1128)

16396 - VAG
(p0012)

17863 - VAG
(P1455)

(P1128) Upstream heated oxygen sensor signal reversed
16396 - VAG
(p0012)"A" camshaft position timing over retarded(Bank1)
17863 - VAG
(P1455)Substantial leak or blockage in evaporative emission control system
this is in my book i have with my code scanner

Are there any simple replacement/checks I would now be able to do or would I need to diagnose the rpoblem further?

to be honest I would not mess about with the last 2 they sound bad or something that could be bad you know the Audi is a zero tollerance engine.... ZERO..... I would have a mech check it out better to be safe than replace a $6000 head
