Multiple mis-fires P0300

I just had my engine light come on! I hook up my code reader and got the reading P0300-P0301-P0302-P0303 and P0304
HELP I am worried that something major has happen to my Motor can Anyone help me with this and is it serious

I drove the car about 30 miles in medium Traffic please I need help
