Audi TT 3.2 DSG ECM and Starting Issue

Really in need of some help here guys. Got a MK1 TT (04) for a cruise control retrofit, oncee i completed the retrofit and put everything back together only to find that the car does not start. The PRNDS on the DIS is constantly flashing. The car does not turn over at all. I ran VCDS scan on it and have found that there is no communication with the ECM. I checked all the wiring etc and still no joy. As a last resort, i've taken the cruise control stalk and wiring out but still no joy. Any help ideas will be greatly apprciated.

No comms with ecu, so its either fuse or wiring related, unless you've shorted something on the ecu & fried it somehow.

Thanks for the reply, I've checked the wiring and fuses and they seem to be ok, guess I'll have to find someone more experienced to have a look at it for me. Anyone recommend someone up in glasgow or surrounding areas that can check this out for me?
