Hi, my friend bought the wrong brake pads for his car, but he didn't know he had the brake wear indicators, we replaced the discs and pads because his discs where in a bad way anyway instead of exchanging the pads.
But anyway, is there anyway we can disable the wear indicator? I have VAGCOM and have tried taking away 01 from his existing code "05444" to "04444" the code was accepted but still has the warning on his dash.
