How do I remover washer stalk to fit new one.

I was wondering if there is a thread already on this. If not could someone help.

I had a quick look but not 100% sure on what I've gotta remove and how long it will take. Also its raining today so don't wanna be out there ages.

I take it no body can help. I need to know if its a quick fix or involves taking steering wheel off and things.
