    Build thread PIC HEAVY! :)

    heya i posted sayin hello a few weeks ago and said id post my build thread of my Big Turbo conversion on my TT :D

    so heres a few pics of things so far....
    im going for a GT3076, rifle drilled forged rods, supertech valves, springs retainers ect
    AEM large port head, cast exhaust manifold and 830cc injectors. 80mm throttle body

    new turbo with old injector next to it to show size scale

    Not really aimin for anything but above 400 low boost would be good start!

    daaaaam your goin for some serious power then! puts my MRC remap to shame big time!! haha dont know if i could throw big money at mine would rather wait for something with a bigger standard bhp first...you seem to have the right idea tho!!

    I was just looking at these pictures thinking..... that car looks strangely familiar.....

    then I realised it was at the Badgers where I was picking up extended wheel bolts the other day!

    Fantastic job, and a very nice car, and the wheels look particularly good on it.

    No doubt it will go like stink.

    100mm intake using an RS4 MAF and Badger5 billet velocity stack...






    Engine bay all back together...




    ....and of course first start...


    Checking for leaks tomorrow and any other snagging that needs to be done...

    I too have the CTS kit and mapping will happen on the 8th May for me
    Stroked 2067cc (2.1) S3. AEB Ported & Gas flowed head, Piper cams, Valve + Spring kit, Big intercooler, IE rods, JE Pistons, CP rings, Milltek, GTX3076r Turbo, External Gated, 870cc injectors, Twin pumps, Wide Band conversion, ALD Custom inlet with R32 T/B, MkV TSI Coilpacks conversion, Fluidampr pulley, 4kg Billet steel flywheel, 4 paddle clutch, Coilovers, R32 rear ARB, Blue Haldex, 350mm 6 pots fronts & 330mm rears. Going for 550bhp, 600bhp with new injectors and more boost
