My friend has recently bought a w reg convertable.
He is experiencing intermittant faults on the central locking system mainly when there is wet weather.
The main symptoms are; flashing hazards and keyfob not unlocking or locking the car.
I have advised him to replae the battery in the keyfob and reconfigure, this has not cured the problem.
I wasnt sure if this was a common fault on the tt or if the imobaliser or central locking bits and bobs were in a place where water ingress could occur?
Any feedback would be gratefully received.
