Read receipt for PMs

When sending a PM it comes up as read in my sent folder immediately its sent ... also...can i have a " i really hate you..Die gutter scum " button please ? Gun shot sound effect too accompany would be good as well

Like Outlook, I think it should be optional for the receiver to choose whether a read receipt is sent or not though.
Otherwise my "I didn't receive your PM/haven't read your PM yet" excuse is dead forever.
