9/10 times BX number plates in the brum area are undercover cops, seen a black audi a4 b8 quattro, the other day, looked like a private plate *L11DYA, cant remeber the first etter, but was undercover...
Out in force across the North West in general, I passed half a dozen range rovers on/under bridges today after seeing them generally around in the last few weeks. Along with 2 white insignias and an A4, all plain clothes.
