Password

I am having trouble retrieving my password . Have been trying for 2 weeks but nothing has been sent so i have registered my wife's e/mail address to try and find out why . Can any one help .

Outgoing emails (including password resets) have been hit and miss over the last week or two. You should be able to reset your own password as of last night.
