Why can I not post pictures up on the classified section ?

I go on lots of different forums but for some reason cannot upload pictures from my computer onto some stuff i am trying to sale in the classified ads section? Either i get a "026.JPG: Uploaded file not found
Typical reason is that the file exceeded allowed limits. " message or the page crashes all together. Never had this problem before on other forums so can somebody please tell me how to post pictures .
 
its tempermental...it'll put it up eventually as it did for me.
 
It`s ****** crap software and badly layed out. No wonder so many people don`t bother trying to sale stuff in the classifieds section just just post it in the relevant car forum.

FactionOne will sort it out in the next 24 hours.
 
Before I pull anything else to bits, could you advise me of four attributes for any file which didn't upload:

1) File Type
2) File Size (in megabytes or kilobytes)
3) Image Dimensions (???? x ????)
4) Image Resolution (???dpi)
