Changing Avatar pic

I've noticed that the resolution has gone up for the piccy displayed on our avatar, there doesn't seem to be an icon to change my picture in the edit profile area.

Also, pictures displayed in the signatures are not available, new feature of speeding up the bandwidth I guess.

how do you actually change your avatar?? i have resized mine so it doesnt look all squashed up but i cant see how i upload the new one??

At the moment you cannot upload one. You can link to one though.

You can now link to external avatars.. I had thought this was enabled, but my eyes had failed me.

PLEASE do not link to pictures of a dubious nature..
