I just got a weird email from the site...

telling me that my username change had been processed as requested.

Except, I haven't been on for a while

admins, I would have just discounted it except it looks like it's for real - they got the email address and everything right. I don't want to cause a panic etc, but there haven't been any breakin attempts recently have there?

I still have the email. Happy to forward along

Hi James, one of the mods has received the same email also, the Admin have been informed and will look into it shortly.

And for anyone else who receives the same, please ignore or delete it. If you are concerned, either post something in this thread, or even change your password as a precaution.

No need to change passwords folks. That email was supposed to go to one user and this wonderful chewing gum and bootlace contraption called vBulletin spectacularly managed to email it to an absolute boatload of folks.

No need to worry, just delete/ignore it...
