I finally had my wheels delivered last week! Got me some 5mm spacers all round and finally got the wheels on at the weekend! :jump:

What shall I do regarding wing mirrors? I have a Chrome set at home? Will they sit nice? :uhm:

What should it be? Leave them as they are? Chrome? or Grey to match the wheels? All opinions appreciated!!!

Bitch there the wheels i wanted the over month.
Looks quality though pal.

They look sweet.... chrome mirrors would look well i think where did you get the wheels from ?? and what suspension setup is that ??

I managed to get the wheels from an Ebay shop 'allwheeltyres' - He was advertising the Nuvo's with a polished/black finish...I've been searching for the grey colour for a while, he happened to have them in stock...

Suspension - The car's on AP Coilovers - 60mm Front / 50mm Rear...might be asking for trouble with the drop, but hey, I'll live with it! :p

Dani B19 - I remember seeing one of your posts about these wheels...

In the words of the famous Borat - I LIKE!!!!

are they 25's?

as i say bored at work.

not bad :eyebrows:
if you had full silver nuvolari's then yes to the chrome mirrors but unsure whether they'd go,put em on and see

I agree. But I wouldn't go black either as that wouldn't go with those wheels - unlike some of the other recent noggys that have had blacked everything and are looking saweeeeet.

I would go grey as you already suggested - if you don't like it then simply respray them - they're a easy enough to do.

The wheels look good though - I didn't think they would, but they do.

Get rid of the mud-flaps though!!!

Thet look great, I was pretty close to buying the same a few months back.

I'd leave the mirrors as they are though.

Look really nice mate. I would have carbon mirror covers...will look the mutts

only put on chrome mirrors if you want some chavvy c*** to thief them by ripping them off the car to put them on their 1.6 A3s

Message heard loud and clear, think I'll put the In-pro Chrome mirrors up for sale...!

Cheers peeps! All comments appreciated!

I didn't think they would - sure the 8L has a more rectangular shape.

They're a really good price though. There's another place in Berlin that does an 8L fitment and they look absolute mint - but not such a good price!!! I'll dig out the link later when I'm home and add it.

I've been doing a few searches lately and not alot has been coming up - unless you want to pay in the region of £240 - which to me seems alot for mirror covers.

There was a thread on here a few weeks back regarding a forum member supplying CF wing mirrors - don't know what happened there?

If you're that way inclined, you could always try doing your own with CF film - although I'm not sure how good they'd turn out with all the small curves?! - but I have seen one or two very good finished examples - don't think I'd have the patience though!!

Any photoshop 'specialists' out there want to a play around with the wing mirrors?

It's been parked outside for a few weeks now, got some rims for my Golf and a couple of doors for my Passat taking up the garage. Waiting for the weather to be dry before I sort it all out!
