Tried dechroming front grill

But snapped it in half.....doesn't look too bad as the car is black but does look like somethings missing.

What do I do?

Is it worth a trip to the breakers and see if they'll sell me the chrome trim or will I need a new grill?
 
you can but dechromed grills somewhere not sure where though someone on here has posted it before
 
£100.00 for an S3 grille!!!!!?????????

Sorry but a grille is about £30.00 from the dealers
 
got one from glasgow audi a few months ago - it was either £30 or £35
 
sorry should have said....its an A3 grill....2000 facelift.
The ebay link posted above seems ok but its badgeless. Does the badge come off easily and will I be able to attach it to the grill?
 
Yeah sorry i was talking an S3 grille
