MY09 Light coding

I'm thinking about getting some MY09 rear lights for my 2006 S3 and I think theses are just a straight swap but just I wanted to be clear about coding. I read a number of threads which say its a straight swap but also a couple which suggest coding. If they do need coding, can someone let me know what changes need to be made please?

Also just for confirmation, are the MY11 rear lights actually darker compared to MY09 ?
 
Yes my11 are darker, we supply these delivered cheaper than rrp.
 
Do you supply the MY09 ones too? If so, do you include bulbs too and what price can you do the lights for?

Yes we supply both types & they come with all new bulbs & holders, pm for price.
