Adding extra cig lighter but where to take power from?

Hi all I want to add an additional cigarette lighter in the compartment under the drivers side of the dash to plug in a bluetooth adapter only just wondering where would be best to take the power from as I'm above the fuse box is there a useable take off or should I tap into original cigarette lighter wiring?
i have bought a premade additional lighter socket with inline fuse and ends fitted but can modify this if required.
