Is anyone able to comment on whether the factory fit RNS-E system is voice activated for radio/nav/phone etc?

It is an option to have voice control factory fit. But 99% of cars do not have it.

Do you know if that's an option on the A3 8P? I can't see it in the book anywhere

Do you have a multi function steering wheel? I installed a microphone as suggests by 1wheel. When i press the phone button on the steering wheel. It does voice activation.

I've orderd a black edition with tech pack. The multi function steering wheel is standard and I think the BT comes as part of that pack as well. I've heard various things but nothing definitive as to whether there is a voice system for address input etc... I guess I may just have to wait and see.... makes it more exciting I guess! lol
