I bought a chrome button rns-e of ebay, but unfortunately for me i can not find any pin number to get it coded for my car. I have emailed the seller, but no reply yet. I do have a radio number of AUZBZ7K******* . I have looked at ebay at the unlock service and they show the radio number but with the final numbers hidden. Does anyone know if my pin number is located in my radio number. If that does not work, does anybody know how much a dealer would charge me.

Ring Audi with your Serial number and they will give you it.

I have the same problem, I contacted my dealer but they wanted the VIN number of the car the RNS-E came out of, and the serial number of the unit. Cost £100 wow
Borrow a newer version dvd from someone, it'll flash up your serial number. Last 4 digits.
