A question from a technophobe - I have an A4 Cab fitted with the Audi Navigation System Plus - the problem I have is this, when you go into the memory all the 'route' entries ,ie load route, store route & delete route are not highlighted and I cannot access these functions, in addition if I access the route function button route list & avoid route from here are also not highlighted.
I am completely computer/technology useless, but would appreciate any help I can get, even if it only goes as far as telling me a local company who may be able to help (I live in Bedfordshire)
I have had the vehicle into the local main dealer - their only option was to buy a new Satnav system!!!
