Help Needed Please - My Audi.com

Registered on My Audi.com but every time I sign in I keep getting a message service overloaded please try again later and I still have not been able to generate the pin to key into the system in the Car
Any ideas what the problem is

I'm not sure what you're asking, but my.audi.com was working perfecly until about 18h00 yesterday (UK time) and again first thing this morning. It is a bit of a funny site - I had a lot of problems accessing it from a Linux netbook using Chromium and it's impossible on Firefox on my tablet, have you tried another computer / web browser? I'm using Chrome on win7 right now and it's working fine.

Thx for your reply - issue with my profile . Contacted Audi in germany who recommended deleating the existing profile and registering. Everything now working finr👍
