Well POIs are "Points of Interest" like when you see a petrol station on the map it's the same for the speed camera icons.

It won't give you an audible or visual alert but will show up as you drive past it. You do however get a Road Speed Symbol which is basically a circle with the current road's speed limit in it and that's it.

you need to get it from the net and down burn it to disc
