Got a 2013 disc, with an update from 0200 to 0220. Put it in and it reads 'Software Update CD/DVD' but it doesn't start the update automatically, NAV then doesn't work as I'm guessing the maps are the wrong version for the software?
Do you have to start the update process somehow? Couldn't find any guide, so assume its suppose to start automatically.
Have tried a lense cleaning disc and still no joy.
