US spec 2010 Q7 to Euro Nav maps or conversion?

Greetings,

I have a US spec 2010 Q7 and the Audi dealer here in Kaiserslautern, Germany tell me they cannot do anything to install or convert me to use Euro maps. I even offerred to buy the new radio for 870E but they said they aren't sure it would work and even so can't sell it to me.

Is this true? Can I really not use or convert to use European maps?

My radio/nav system is 4F0035082A
DB version: 8R0060884F_NAR 5.3.4

Try naviservice.pl or search for it, you have to send your unit away, but it can be done.
