2002 A4 B6 Symphony II to RNS-E

Just a quick question really - is this possible?
I have been on the Kufatec website and spotted this;

KUFATEC GmbH & Co. KG - RNS-E Bundle RNS-E Adapter + antenna adapter + Unlock key 34521

Would that do the job? - The car currently has a Symphony II (non bose).

If I upgraded to the RNS E - would the standard rear subwoofer still work?

Yes it will work, I did same for mine but had rns-d in my b6 before upgrading to rns-e.

Many thanks - just waiting for the right one to come up on ebay - been bidding on a few over the last few days, but due to people not knowing how to bid properly (just shoving in their top budget) iv left them.

Just another quick question - how does the sound quality compare to the Symphony II, is it around the same or better?

One of my main reasons for wanting the RNS-E is the SD card functionality - I do quite a lot of miles, so would save me carrying my CD collection around with me.

TBH some people have found the bass isnt as punchy, but overall I think the sound improved, as I found the other lower line units bass over powering, but personal preference.
