Right chaps. Been a while since i swapped out a single din for an RNS-e.

Anyway swapped it all over & its good to go , however i bid on a BT box with kufatec lead on the bay of fleas

Its all fitted & working but after researching i found out its a D model which has basic functions

At what suffix no do you get the singing dancing & does anyone have one for sale ?

Right chaps

Ive changed it over to the AA version but still cannot get it to store the numbers etc etc. What do i need to do to get this ****** thing to work.
I have looked on VAG & i know i,m a stump & obviously missing summat.

I have the MK 2 RNS-e with no MFSW & the AA version bluetooth unit.

Cheers in advance as its doing my head in.....................
 
it could be a setting on your phone that is wrong.
the first time I connected my new phone it took quite a while to download the phonebook.

No MFSW
AA model BT box
Kufatec BT lead.

I think thats it. Poverty Sat nav :)
 
The RNS-E requires a 7 in it's coding, so it would be something like this 0xxx7xx where x=existing coding, after coding you should reset the RNS-E by holding radio and setup until the screen blanks.

The telephone should be 0010322 as you have no MFSW.
