Seat exeo Media system into b7 a4

hi

i am looking at getting the RNS-E
but i have come across on ebay the newer version as fitted to the seat exeo
it looks the same as audi a4 b7 RNS-E.
its got the media button and more importantly, its also got a much better LED screen.
will this unit be a straight plug and play for my double din unit?
what additonal parts may i need ?
can i swap out the seat logos / welcome screen for audi ones somehow ??
