Best Sat Nav - external - for around £100?!?

I'm after a sat nav for my wife to put in her VW. Never had a sat nav before so all the specs seem a bit OTT on the higher end models. Looking at around £100ish and she would like to be able to upload celeb voices and if possible live traffic updates!

Can anyone help me out with this please?
