Just trying to get my head round the voice controls in my S3...
I understand that the SDS hack allows lots of useful commands to be used with the RNS-E nav but this did not work with the 2010 model. Is this still the case?
My car allows me to speak names and numbers into a phone book using the steering wheel controls - with the RNS screen displaying "Speech Dialogue System". Am I actually interacting with the RNS-E when doing this or the bluetooth module as the RNS-E doesn't seem to 'see' any of the details I am adding?
My iPhone also has voice control which works pretty well. With previous (Nokia) bluetooth kits holding a button on the dash would trigger the phone's built in voice recognition. Is this possible with the Audi system from the steering controls so I can talk to my iPhone instead of the Audi ice maiden?
