    Question i need some info & help to link my audi a4 b6 RNS-E to ipod - just thinking about it

    hi all

    i have had the below car for a a few days now & i am loving it, but i had a full on dvd player in my old audi a tom-tom china one.

    however i am missing my DJ sets & music so i was thinking about getting a ipod something to go in my car, maybe near the handbrake & use the RNS-E sat nav unit.

    & this to link it to my b6 2004 a4 RNS-E head unit

    i have looked on google & on here but i am stuck as what to get & i owuld like to get something right but not to much as my savings are low now .

    so any help would be great all .

    if you pm a user called pjmspeedy, im sure he has one of those, however there are cheaper alternatives, you could just go for a AUX in socket for the rns-e, no controls through the unit but does play your ipod/iphone through your system very very cheaply
    LOTS DONE, LOTS SPENT !!!!

    many thanks mate, i have pm him.

    also i would like the head unit to control the i-pod as that would be faster & safey.

    plus i could hide it in the glove box too, just a pity the glove box or rns-e does not play mp3 dvd's.
