The car is in good condition overall. There are some stone chips and minor blemishes that are to be expected of a 10 year old car, but there are no major scratches or dents that require to be fixed. I'm selling as I'm going to live in New Zealand for 9 months.
The interior is in generally good condition, clean, with no rips or holes in any of the upholstery. It is a Sport interior with sport seats and electric lumbar, at 3 spoke sports steering wheel.
The car runs very well, and pulls smoothly all the way through the rev range through all the gears, with no knocks or rattles from the drivetrain or suspension etc. There are no knocks and clunks from the suspension, though there is a whirring noise when turning left hand corners, so a wheel bearing will need replaced at some point in the future.
I bought his car in May 2011 at 109080 miles from a dealer in Newcastle for £3850. It is taxed until 30th April 2012, and MOT'd until 10th May 2012. It's had two previous owners. On the old V5 when I bought it, it looked like it was a fleet vehicle for the first owner, then privately owned for a few years by the second owner.

The last service is the only one done by me, and the only one I've got a receipt for. It had longlife service, a Timing belt and tensioner kit, new brake fluid, and a new thermostat. This costed £459.47.
Since then, its just had consumables such as wiper blades and bulbs. It will also have brand new brake discs by the time the auction finishes.
There are a couple of points to note though – it will need new tyres in the coming months. They are all legal, and the backs have more than the fronts, but the fronts will need replaced soon. There is also only one key, which is how I bought it. This is reflected in the price.
The V5 is in my name, and the mileage will go up slightly as it's still in use, but it will be more or less the same.
If you wish a test drive, no problem, but please have adequate insurance cover to show me beforehand!
