rs4/s4 gearbox brace

hi all,hopefully get some help regarding what gearbox/drivetrain brace is available for my rs4 b5.if you know of pros and cons to the upgrade as i need to tighten up the feel to the gearstick it would be appreciated.
also what shortshifters are available.

AWE or ESP DTS will sort out the driveline shunt. Coupled with a short shift and weighted gear knob (which ESP do), it will transform gear changes.
