RS Multichanger WHISTLE Interference ??

Hi Guys,

I am one very happy new owner of a 2006 Sprint Blue RS4, but have a couple of niggles to sort out.

My glovebox multichanger works ok, however there is a loud whistling / interference when playing any CDs. Louder with the engine revs etc....This does not happen with the RNS-E head unit, ONLY the multichanger.

Anyone come across this problem before and know what it is ?

Got to get it sorted - very annoying.

Welcome to the forum, usually revving whistling on sound systems is down to an earthing issue, check all connections if possible, make sure they're screwed up tight on pillars/under bonnet & check plug pins for any looseness.
