    viscous coupling question.

    Hi peeps
    just a quick question,i have just bought myself a a6 c5 1.8T quattro but the viscous fan seems to be running even when stone cold,is the right?my bmw's never did.Also does anyone know if you can remove etc,it does have air con.

    Yes the viscous fan will run all the time, the viscous is designed to take the sudden surge out when revving the engine.
