    its located just in dashboard when fuse box cover is removed on drivers side.

    It's not an Audi fitted button, so it could be anything.

    its a fuel cut off button, it turns offthe fuel in a crash.

    Sometimes seen something similar for a radar detector + jammer. Check your front bumper, behind the grills....

    It looks like an inertia switch, which would cut fuel or engine in the event of a major jolt, as often fitted to Caterhams etc.
    Example from something that's clearly not an audi: here
