Airbag light again!!!

Ok so today i have fitted my HID's with no issues, then i removed the part of my dash that sits under the steering wheel as i was carbon wrapping, i have done this once before and did it exactly the same.

I did not at any point turn on the ignition or even put the key in.

went out in the car abit later and the airbag light is on.

WHY????

Is there anyone quite local (Leeds) who can turn it off as i hate random lights
