Would 8.5J 19'' ET42 Alloys fit the RS3.... maybe with spacers?

Yes! With as you say suitable spacers and spigot rings for alignment...

They would fit, but stick out at least 10mm further than the standard wheels.


The optional RS3 8.5J front rotors have an ET of 53, so a difference of 11mm to them.

I've seen a few Scirocco wheels (ET42) on Golfs (ET52), and they look a bit too sticky outy for my liking.

@Graeme, I was thinking about using front R8 alloys... but have since come to my senses

Yes they will.
