Audi Complete - Service Maintenance and 5 year warranty - worth it ?

I'm considering getting this on my new RS3 and wondered what others thought of it ?

It seems to cover a lot for £36 a month :-

"Comprehensive care for your Audi covering all your servicing and maintenance for 3 years as well as your first MOT and a full 5 year / 90,000 warranty".
