Collecting my Ibis RS3 on saturday

The car in question is a 5 month old ibis white car with
Black styling pack
Factory tints
Sight and light
Electric lumbar support
Electric front seats
Cruise control
Bose
Folding wing mirrors


and a couple of other things

This particular car was up for 42k, so just less than list, but as I've just sold the TTRS i don't have a car to part exchange so I've managed to secure a discount on the asking price, moreso as they needed the car off their forecourt ASAP.

If rs3 plus is released then I'll sell this one and order the plus which again will probably be delayed etc etc..

Before none ask what happened to the Racing Mica RS3 I had on order, well it's still not arrived and I sold my order a few weeks ago for a tidy profit.

its an upgraded version of the RS3 with 360ps as standard that may, or may not be released this next year.

The only issue is that i got sick of waiting, its been built for over 3 weeks and is still 3-4 weeks away from landing in the UK.

Nice one, Audi's waiting times at the moment are a joke. Someone who'd placed an order for an RS3 at my local dealers has just pulled out due to unacceptable wait times.

Lovely car and really interested to see how you get on with it.

Collected the RS3 on Saturday, so decided to give it a bath today

Once my foot is better it will be getting some well deserved TLC, but before that I want a drive and testing the launch control

Thought i would update this thread as i have had the car for around 6 weeks now.

In that time it hasnt been used that much, but i have added a couple of mods

LED interior light upgrade from EM Tuning - They make a massive difference and is how the car should be in standard form.

I also added a newly aquired plate too.

Ive also added one of these :

DTE Systems Maximum Response PEDAL BOX | chip tuning boxes from Diesel Tuning UK

If im 100% honest i love the car to bits but its certainly not as involving to drive as the manual TTRS, but saying that the Launch Control is epic..

Is it a keeper? Only time will tell but i dont think it will be here in 12 months time..
