So us tax payers are going to keep Peter Chapman with a roof over his head and a meal for a good many years. I have a cheaper & quicker solution.

Aye, him and that animal who's just been thrown back in jail for God knows what after doing what he did to a two year old. Feed 'em both nothing but amphetamine and LSD, then stick them in a locked room full of blunt and rusty knives. ...Oh, and last man standing gets the chair - but Green Mile style, no water on the sponge.
