First of all I appreciate these enforcement officer bstards have a job to do but why the hell cant they use a bit of common sense every now and again!!!
If I get done for a third time on the road I live on of all places he will get a bucket of cooking oil and water thrown over him!!! (Its about the least non violent act I can think of short of beating him to death with a mop).
My road is extremely busy being close to a main road, so many use it as a rat run / park close to shops etc etc The council have also made things worse by extending the double yellow lines which has taken away 8 more spaces from the local residents.
Im now in a predicament where every time I leave my house there is nowhere close to park the car on my return and Im not talking about parking up the road were talking about parking on a different road completely (This is the case everyday bar Sunday) Many times Ive had to sit in the car waiting for a space or going off for a couple of hours before returning to find no spaces.
Ive been stung twice in the past few months by the same A-Hole who refuses to allow me to move the car even though I have seen him (called out from the window hang on mate ) before he issues a ticket.
I contested both tickets on the grounds of the first one being that only the front wheel was over the double yellow line and the second because it was the second ticket and the fact the council have stitched the local residents out of 8 more spaces What do you think they replied with same standard pieceofshit letter in the first place about zero tolerance ********. Ive since also noticed that in the pictures that a drain sits over one of the double yellow lines is that enough to make it void? I have even suggested they make the road a residential parking zone only which I would happily pay for.
Now what makes this whole situation is worse is that for the past month some Mofo has dumped their untaxed vehicle outside my house. Does that get clamped or issued with a ticket NO!!! I have complained over 5 times to both the DVLA and Local council - has anyone bothered to come out and have a look or do something about it NO.
Obviously Im rather annoyed; sure we all get the odd ticket every now and again but being issued with a PCN on your own doorstep takes the **** big time and the untaxed vehicle will be blown up if its not taken away soon (joke)
Help guys I need sympathy or at least a plan of action before I take matters into my own hands!!!
