    Naming cars...

What is it with people that give their cars names (usually birds)???

And why do some people refer to their car as he or she???

It's a lump of metal and plastic!!!!

    Don't get it.......

Cars are, without doubt, the most beautiful things ever created by man.
They have character, personalities... even 2 cars with exactly the same spec are different.

    Even ugly cars need love.

I've only named one of my cars, the B5 2.8 Quattro I sold last year. The registration letters were FUD, so obviously, the car was called Elmer.
