What a d*ck! It really p*sses me off seeing people drive around like this. It only takes a few mins to clear your car, so start out a bit earlier.

That's surely dangerous driving, or driving without due care. Some people are dumbfoundingly (not an adverb, sue me) selfish and ignorant to how stupid they are being. Probably the kind of guy that'd park right against your door just so he open his, rather than park facing e opposite way or just finding a space wide enough.

I was at the petrol station this morning and some guy turned up with 2 inches of snow on his roof. I mean it hasn't even snowed for 3 days.
