Just purchased a bumper off ebay, the bumper arrived, it's the correct fitment, but not the correct spec, I needed one with parking sensor holes which is pictured, and in the description is "Genuine part. Comes exactly as pictured.", Item was £40 and postage was £25.
I've emailed the seller to see what he says, since I can't through onto his mobile number after many attempts! In the event of a dispute through ebay, am I going to get the full amount back, or just the price of the item?
The best possible solution would be for him to send the correct bumper and pick up the wrong one, but that's going to cost him £50 is postage(based on what he charged me), so I doubt he would agree to that.
Thoughts?
