Thread: Flipping Car Keys!

came home, in the car, parked up, locked the car, went inside put the shopping away,

Woke up this morning and teh keys have evaperated, turned the home upside down and still cant find them,

My worry is did i drop them on the way in and has somebode got them and has intentions of pinching my car?
where would i stand with the insurance company if it was taken by key that iv miss placed?

I do have another set of locks from a B7 that i can fit, but i dont have the boot lid lock, can i get that lock replaces to match do you think?

Kicking myself as im normally very carefull with my keys, GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I've done this once, looked all over the place for them, and it was in my jeans pocket! lol They got stuck at the top part, so when I put my hand in, it was empty. Keep looking, they have to be somewhere, infact, go outside and check the car! lol

My car key is on a massive Land yard, So chance of losing it I hope.

Can you unplug, disable, remove, unbolt the rear lock so it wont work with the key but the opening button will still work when unlocked?

the key was found in my daughters school book bag! at 1:20am! panic over!
