I'll be honest there was a time in my life when I felt the same, but I found out the kind of person I was attracted to had similar characteristics and this led to similar outcomes.

After a bit of head scratching I realised that what you want ain't always what you need. I looked for someone with a slightly less gregarious outlook on life, and I'm now in a relationship that is 10 years old this month (married for 5 years). I'll openly admit, neither of us is probably what the other one would have chosen based on what we thought we wanted personality wise, but it works really well.

As my mate always says, you have to kiss a lot of trolls to find the right one ;-)

To summarise Boy meets girl, girl has only ever dated dickheads and loosers, girl cant get her head around why (in her words) an amazing boy like me would like a girl like her yadda yadda think we all know where this is heading she wants to come round mine later and give me the old heave ho Im just pissed off me and the females on this planet just cant get along I have so many girly friends its unreal but on the friends bench with each and everyone one meh. If I cant talk her around I swear Im just gonna ignore women and be a wreckhead till I hit 40 then go and thai bride it...

Don't take no crap mate, girls do not like a pushover.

Treat em mean, keep them keen.

But you got to do it right, what I mean is, don't slam the door in their face or lock them out of the house in the rain, but you got to keep yourself interesting to the woman by doing your own thing and being your own man.

If it were me, I would call her and tell her not to come round tonight as you are going out with your mates, maybe she could come around tomorrow?

Take it from there. You can tell her you love her, you can look after her, but you got to be your own man.

Lol women, all sorted now she was a little bit insecure due to her last BF being a bit of a dick but we went for a nice walk and talked and had a brilliant weekend women eh cant live with them, cant kill em ;D
